Your guide leads you through quiet forest trails on the north shore to Fawnskin's best-kept-secret viewpoint — a panoramic rock overlook with jaw-dropping views of Big Bear Lake. Timed for golden hour, the light on the lake and mountains is unforgettable. Along the way, your guide shares local history, wildlife tips, and the best photo spots.

Includes e-bike, helmet, guide, and trail tips. Tours depart from our shop at 39122 North Shore Drive, Fawnskin. Thursday–Sunday tours run regularly; Monday–Wednesday by appointment only. Call or email to reserve your spot.
Arrive & Get Fitted
Meet at our shop on North Shore Drive. We'll get you set up with the right bike, adjust your seat and helmet, and give you a quick e-bike orientation — how pedal-assist works, braking, and shifting.
Hit the Forest Trails
Your guide leads the group off the main road and into the pine forest trails of Fawnskin's north shore. The pace is relaxed — there's plenty of time to stop, take photos, and ask questions about the area.
Climb to Sunset Rock
The e-bike assist makes the climb feel effortless. As you rise above the treeline, Big Bear Lake starts to reveal itself through the pines. Your guide times this section so you arrive at golden hour.
The View
Sunset Rock — a panoramic overlook with 180° views of Big Bear Lake, the surrounding peaks, and the forest stretching below. This is the moment. Take it all in, snap your photos, and enjoy the golden light on the water.
Cruise Back Down
The return ride is a relaxed downhill glide through the forest back to the shop. Your guide wraps up with local restaurant recommendations and tips for the rest of your Big Bear visit.
