Do I need experience to ride an e-bike?
Not at all! If you can ride a regular bicycle, you can ride an e-bike. We give every rider a quick orientation before you head out, covering how pedal-assist works, braking, and shifting.
How fast do the e-bikes go?
Our bikes are Class 2 e-bikes with pedal assist up to 20 mph and a throttle mode. On trails, most riders cruise at 8–15 mph depending on terrain.
How long does the battery last?
With a full charge you'll get 30+ miles of range, depending on terrain and how much you use throttle mode. That's more than enough for a full-day rental.
Is there a weight or age limit?
Riders must be at least 16 years old (or accompanied by an adult). Weight limit varies by bike model — contact us if you have questions about fit.
What if something goes wrong on the trail?
Call us! We provide our phone number with every rental and can help troubleshoot or arrange a pickup if needed. We also do a full safety check before every ride.
Which bike should I choose?
For lakeside paths and casual riding, the Cruiser is perfect. For mountain trails like Cougar Crest or Grays Peak, go with the full suspension Mountain bike. Not sure? Ask us when you arrive — we'll match you to the right ride.
